However, not every job qualifies for load pricing.

If a job includes a large amount of small or loose items, it takes significantly more time and labor. These types of jobs require sorting, bagging, and cleanup, so they are priced as a flat-rate cleanout instead of a fractional load.

Flat-rate pricing usually applies when:

• A home or apartment is being fully cleaned out

• There are large amounts of small items like clothing, trash, boxes, papers, or clutter
